Package Your Items
Place the original items with all tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
